After filling our water bottles we are on the road heading to the seven lakes road: from Bariloche to San Martin de los Andes. The sky is clear, the road is rather flat but we are entitled to a small headwind of 30km which slows us down a lot. The landscape is quite similar to the surroundings of El Calafate: desert hills and long distances without sign of life.
Once past this section, we enter a wooded valley surrounded by mountains. The wind is weaker here, we are progressing much faster. We go along Lake Nahuel Huapi, it's very pretty. Further down the road we find luxury hotels and other lodges.
We reach Villa la Angostura at the end of the afternoon and are looking for a camping for the night. This city is very expensive, we go to the cheapest. We end up in a sort of very dirty squat. We are going to eat in town and do not take our shower tonight, it's too dirty. Note for next time: do not stay if it's disgusting, as much pay a little more.
