We leave in the morning, towards Limoges. We've two days to arrive. The landscape is now hilly. The heat is really tiring. Fortunately the road is wooded, we're often in the shade.
We find a good place to lunch, in the shade. It's also perfect for taking a nap and lowering our body temperature a little. We arrive at Isle Jourdain, and a very steep but fortunately short hill awaits us. We deserve our limonade in the village center bar! We reserve a tent already set for the evening, in Confolent, 27 kilometers away.
It's now less hot, it's over 5pm. We arrive near the Vienne, the landscape is pretty, and a little flatter.
We arrive at our campsite in Confolent, it's perfect: clean, the tent is very nice and with a real bed, and there is a van that sells burgers. In short, after a swim in the Vienne more than welcome, and a good burger, we're quickly asleep.
