We leave Floriane's grandparents at our usual time, which is early enough to enjoy the morning freshness. Warmshower hosts are waiting for us quite late tonight in Poitiers. We go through several remarkable villages, like Oiron, its castle and its church or Saint-Jouin-de-Marnes and its abbey.
At noon we find a shady picnic area at the edge of the water in Marnes. We take advantage of this great location to take a nap after lunch. We then avoid the main roads to reach the center of Poitiers. Since it's still early, we go to the train station café to relax and continue our administrative procedures for our move. We then join our Warmshowers at their home and spend a pleasant evening with them.
