We leave quite early our little spot, as it's very hot. We prefer to ride in the morning. Today should be a short day.
We arrive at Mont Saint-Michel, it's beautiful. Since it's early, we can enjoy the view without too many tourists. We like the new bridge which allows the Mont to become an island once again.
Then we take the coastal path, the bike path was indicated more inland. But as we want to go along the sea and we are naturally stubborn, we ride for more than an hour in a sand path. We're tired, which is a bit stupid for a relax day. So, we decide to join the road. At one point we're on the main axis Mont Saint-Michel - Saint-Malo, and there is some traffic. We decide to go away from the main axis to finish, it's quieter.
We find a B&B hotel for the night, bikes fit in the elevator and even in the room, it's perfect! We'll visit the old Saint-Malo, it's pretty and impressive. We eat our first "galettes" of Europe.
