Our laptop died in El Calafate.
Our laptop decided not to turn on the day we left El Calafate on November 19th. We used it mainly to unload tracks of our GPS,photos of our camera, to post legs of our road book and for François to code. Hence the lack of update on our blog. We will try to get it fixed, it's still under warranty.
Aside from this unfortunate setback we are fine, we are on the Austral carretera (Route 7), in Cochrane, Chile. We passed fairly quickly in the previous cities (El Chalten, Villa O'Higgins and Tortel), today is a break day.
This side of Patagonia is very beautiful: mountains, lakes, forests and streams and waterfalls everywhere. We meet a lot of cyclists, it's an opportunity to share tips on the area.
